Boho Terms and Conditions, Explained Plainly
How your Boho account, bonuses and withdrawals actually work, without the legal fog.
Understanding the Boho Terms
Last updated: September 6, 2026
This page walks through the terms that matter most day to day: opening an account, claiming a bonus, and getting your money out. It does not replace the full terms and conditions document, which sits alongside this summary and governs the legal relationship between you and Boho.
Who these terms cover
Anyone who opens a Boho account agrees to these terms. You must be 19 or older and physically located in a province where play through Boho is available to you. Canada does not have one national gambling regulator: bodies such as Ontario's AGCO oversee only the Ontario market, and Boho is built for players choosing options outside that provincial system. The registered company name behind Boho, along with the licence number and issuing authority, is published in the site footer. We keep it there rather than repeating it inconsistently across the site, so please confirm those details directly in the footer before you deposit.
Account rules in plain language
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts, even with different details, can be closed and any balance forfeited.
- The name on your Boho account must match the name on the payment method you use, whether that's Interac e-Transfer, a Visa or Mastercard, or a crypto wallet.
- We verify identity before larger withdrawals. Have a government photo ID and a recent proof of address ready so this step doesn't hold up your payout.
- You're responsible for keeping your login and password private. We're not able to reverse actions taken by someone who accessed your account with your credentials.
- Self-excluded or under-19 accounts are closed on discovery, and any funds are handled according to the full terms document, not at our discretion.
Bonus terms, summarised
Boho's welcome package can include deposit-matched funds and free spins on selected slots. T&Cs apply, 19+. Every bonus carries its own wagering requirement, a list of eligible games, a maximum bet size while a bonus is active, and an expiry window. Wagering a bonus on an ineligible game, or breaching the max bet rule, can void remaining bonus funds and any winnings tied to them. The exact numbers for the current welcome offer live on the Bonus page, and ongoing offers with their own rules are listed on the Promotions page. This terms page sets the general framework; those two pages carry the current figures, so check them before you opt in.
Withdrawal terms
Withdrawals go back to the method you used to deposit wherever that's possible, which is standard practice for identity and anti-fraud checks. Interac e-Transfer and iDebit withdrawals typically land within a day or two once approved. Crypto withdrawals in Bitcoin, Ethereum or Tether move on network confirmation times. Card withdrawals can take longer depending on your card issuer. A pending withdrawal can usually still be cancelled from your account if you change your mind, but once it's processed, it can't be recalled.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are listed on the cashier page in CAD.
- First withdrawals may require extra document checks, which is normal and not a sign of a problem with your account.
- Unused bonus funds are typically removed from your balance when you request a cash withdrawal.
- We may ask you to confirm your source of funds for unusually large withdrawal requests, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice.
Changes to these terms
We update terms from time to time, most often to reflect a new payment method, a new promotion structure, or a regulatory change affecting a specific province. Material changes are flagged in your account or by email. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms, so it's worth skimming this page again if you've been away for a while.
Disputes and account closure
If something looks wrong on your account, whether it's a bonus that didn't credit or a withdrawal that's taking longer than expected, contact support first. Most issues are resolved within a day. If you'd rather stop playing altogether, you can close your account or set limits through the tools described on our Responsible Gaming page, including a direct line to ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600.
